We hope you love your new products. But in case you don’t, you’re welcome to return your items within 120 days for a full merchandise refund. Refunds will be distributed to the original payment method when products received at our warehouse are in as-new condition. Items must be received in as-new condition to be eligible for a return, so please ship all items back to us in their original packaging, and include internal packing materials to prevent damages.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us to get a replacement. Email customer service at email@example.com or call 833-831-0609. Damaged or defective items are not subject to additional fees.
How do I return an item?
Please log in to your account and select “Return Items” on the corresponding order to start your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once you’ve submitted your return request in your account, please ship your item(s) to the address below. Be sure to include your order number, completed return form, or packing slip in the package so that we can process it quickly.

How long until I get my refund?
Upon arrival to our warehouse, returns will be processed in 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional few days to see the refund posted to your original payment method. Refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
