Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your new products. But in case you don’t, you’re welcome to return your items within 120 days for a full merchandise refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be distributed to the original payment method when products received at our warehouse are in as-new condition. Items must be received in as-new condition to be eligible for a return, so please ship all items back to us in their original packaging, and include internal packing materials to prevent damages.

You have 120 days from the day you receive your order to return your item(s).

Items in as-new condition in their original packaging are eligible for returns.

 

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us to get a replacement. Email customer service at support@bisley-store.com or call 833-831-0609. Damaged or defective items are not subject to additional fees. 


How do I return an item?

Please ship the item(s) you're returning to the address below. Be sure to include your order number, completed return form, or packing slip in the package so we can process it quickly.

How long until I get my refund?

Upon arrival to our warehouse, returns will be processed in 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional few days to see the refund posted to your original payment method. Refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
