Shipping Rates & Tracking

Shipping charges are automatically calculated using UPS real-time shipping rates and will vary based on shipment size and location. You will be sent an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Route Package Protection

We offer optional package protection from Route on our checkout page for all purchases. If you purchase package protection, you'll receive a confirmation email from Route outlining how to request a replacement or a refund if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged. If you have any issues with this process, please call or email so we can help.

 

Backorders

We accept backorders for all products. This means you can order an out-of-stock item and it will be shipped at a later date. Timelines for backorders can vary, so please contact customer service for an ETA before placing a backorder. 


Sometimes, an order contains in-stock and out-of-stock items, and while these get treated on a case-by-case basis, generally, here's how they ship:

• Any in-stock cabinets ship right away, and backordered accessories will ship separately.
• If accessories are in stock but a cabinet is on backorder, we'll wait to ship everything together.
• If multiple cabinets are ordered and some are on backorder, we'll reach out and let you decide when you want them shipped.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is via UPS Ground Service for all orders shipping to the U.S. (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. USPS Priority Mail Service will also be an option for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Delivery time varies depending upon location and is listed as approximate time in transit once shipped.

 

Expedited Shipping

UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select are available for orders shipping to the U.S. (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on UPS real-time shipping rates. Orders requesting expedited shipping services placed after 9am ET will ship the following business day. If you do not see your desired shipping service available while placing your order, please call customer service at 833-831-0609.

 

AFO/FPOs and U.S. Territories

Orders being shipped to Armed Service locations or U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail services.  Some areas of Canada will require shipping via USPS Priority International service.

 

Shipping to PO Boxes

Shipping charges will not populate for customers who enter a PO Box on the checkout page.  If you need to ship to a PO Box please call customer service at 833-831-0609 to see if this can be arranged.

 

Canadian Customs Fees

For shipments to Canada, additional customs fees and duties will be the customer’s responsibility. For more information on customs fees, visit UPS.com.

Sales Tax 

Bisley Store collects sales tax in AR, CA, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NV, OH, UT, and VA where required under federal and state law. Shipping and handling charges may also be subject to sales tax.
