Bisley Store Referral Program — Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility. The Bisley Store Referral Program ("Program") is open to customers who have made a purchase over $50 on bisley-store.com and have a valid U.S. shipping address (“Advocates”). Referral links may only be shared with individuals who have not previously purchased from Bisley Store ("Friends") and who also have a valid U.S. shipping address.
2. How It Works. Advocates receive a unique referral link/code to share. When a Friend uses this link/code to complete a qualifying purchase, both the Advocate and the Friend receive a reward, subject to the terms below.
3. Friend Reward. Friends receive 20% off their first purchase of $100 or more, using a unique code generated at signup. This code expires 30 days after issuance and applies only to first-time customers.
4. Advocate Reward. Advocates receive $20 off a future purchase of $50 or more for each qualifying referral. Reward codes expire 60 days after issuance.
5. Referral Cap. Advocates may earn up to 5 rewards through the Program. Referrals beyond the 5th will not generate additional rewards.
6. One Reward Per Friend. Each individual may only be referred, and redeem the Friend discount, one time. Repeat or additional purchases by the same Friend do not generate additional rewards for the Advocate.
7. Link Use. Referral links are intended for sharing with people the Advocate personally knows (e.g., friends, family, direct social media contacts). Links may not be posted to public forums, deal or coupon aggregator sites/subreddits, resold, or distributed through any third-party service designed to publicly list discount codes. Links used outside of these terms will not be honored.
8. Redemption Limits & No Stacking. Only one reward may be applied per order. Rewards cannot be combined with any other reward, discount code, coupon, or promotional/sale pricing, including welcome offers, bundle/set discounts, or already-discounted items.
9. Self-Referrals & Account Integrity. Advocates may not refer themselves or use the Program for anything other than personal, noncommercial use. The referred Friend may not be from the same household or use the same IP address as the Advocate. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or accounts to gain additional referrals or rewards may result in disqualification.
10. No Cash Value. Rewards have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable.
11. Program Changes. Bisley Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
